These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Umrah Lodges the client(s) regarding the provision of travel services for Hajj and Umrah. By booking with us, the Passenger agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Agency. A booking is confirmed only when the Passenger receives a confirmation email from the Agency.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 The Passenger agrees to make full payment as specified in the invoice provided by the Agency.
2.2 Payment must be received in full within the timeframe indicated on the invoice to guarantee the same standard hotels as specified in the travel package.
2.3 Failure to make the full payment by the due date may result in changes to the hotel accommodations. The Agency reserves the right to substitute hotels of a similar standard or provide alternatives based on the amount received.
2.4 If payment is not received by the due date, the Agency may adjust the price of the same hotels or provide alternative accommodations within the amount received from the Passenger.
3. Hotel Accommodations
3.1 The Agency guarantees accommodations in hotels of the same standard as specified in the travel package, provided that full payment is made on time.
3.2 In the event of a change in hotel accommodations due to late payment, the Agency will inform the Passenger of the new arrangements as soon as possible.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the Agency’s cancellation policy.
4.2 Refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy, which may vary based on the timing of the cancellation and the specific travel arrangements.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1 The Agency strongly recommends that Passengers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during the trip.
6. Responsibilities of the Passenger
6.1 The Passenger is responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, as required for travel to Saudi Arabia.
6.2 The Passenger must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking. The Agency is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the Passenger.
7. Liability
7.1 The Agency acts only as an intermediary between the Passenger and the service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). The Agency is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by the Passenger during the trip.
7.2 The Agency is not responsible for any changes in travel schedules, cancellations, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or airline issues.
8. Amendments
8.1 The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Passenger prior to their travel date.
9. Acceptance of Terms
9.1 By making a booking with Umrah Lodges, the Passenger acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
